微波辐射9,10-二氢蒽-9,10-桥-α,β-琥珀酰亚胺的N-烷基化反应研究

摘要:
将微波辐射和相转移催化技术相结合,用于7个溴代烷(溴乙烷→溴辛烷)与9,10-二氢蒽-9,10-桥-α,β-琥珀酰亚胺的烷基化反应。反应时间快(1min~3min),产率高(88%~98%)、操作简便。

Abstract:
Microwave irradiation coupled with phase transfer catalysis was applied in the N-alkylation reaction of seven bromo-compounds(bromoethane to octyl bromide) with 9,10-dihydroanthracene-9 and 10-endo-α,β-succinimide.The reaction can complete in one to three minutes.The production rate is up to 88% to 98%, and operation is simple.
