温度和光照对纤细角刺藻二十碳五烯酸含量的影响

摘要:
用气相色谱法分析纤细角刺藻的脂肪酸含量,探索不同温度和光照对该藻二十碳五烯酸(EPA)含量的影响。结果显示,从15℃~30℃,该藻的EPA含量随温度的升高而增加,其绝对含量在25℃时最高,而相对含量在30℃时最高。当温度超过30℃时,EPA含量急剧下降。在低光照下,EPA相对含量较高,占总脂肪酸的20.75%,在高光照下,EPA绝对含量较高,但相对含量只占总脂肪酸的6.44%

Abstract:
The effect of temperature and light on the content of eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA) in Chaetoceros gracillis was studied by gas chromatography.From 15℃ to 30℃, the content of EPA increased with increasing of temperature. The absolute content of EPA was highest at 25℃, whereas the relative content of EPA was highest at 30℃. When the temperature exceeded 30℃, the content of EPA decreased rapidly. In low light condition, the relative content of EPA was higher, and accounted for 20.75% of the total fatty acid. In high light condition, the absolute content of EPA was higher, but its relative content only accounted for 6.44% of the total fatty acid.
