小稻蝗卵的营养成分分析结果表明,小稻蝗卵含碳水化合物11.0%,还原糖0.4%,脂肪12.8%,粗蛋白40.4%,灰分2.4%,水分33.2%,氨基酸总量31.45%,VA6949μg/kg,VB1 26.8mg/kg,VE8.7mg/kg以及丰富的矿物元素。 |

Abstract: |
The analysis of nutrition constituents in the egg of Oxya hyla Servilla showed that the contents of carbohydrate, reducing sugar,fat,crude protein,ash,moisture and the total amino acids were 11.0%, 0.4%, 12.8%, 40.4%, 2.4%, 33.2% and 31.45% respectively. The contents of vitamines A,B1 and E were 6949 ug/kg, 26.8 mg/kg and 8.7mg/kg respectively. Also were rich in minerals. |
