Abstract: |
The relationship between the mortality of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) and the geological and meteorological environment in the areas people grouping were analyzed with the data of trace elements in soil (1972944 data),the topographical geomorphic(4502 data),the types of rock(1092 data),the essential meteorological factors(6361080 data), combining the information of 1977 cases died of the nasopharyngeal carcinoma The results showed that the mortality of nasophoryngeal carcinoma was correlated to Cr,Sn,Pb,Co,Be,Mn,Cu,V,Ni,Ti in Soil, and the correlation coefficients of gradation(r) were -0.4092(P<0.0005),0.4429(P<0.0005),0.3654(P<0.0005),-0.4546(P<0.0005),0.3439(P<0.0005),-0.2922(P<0.005), -0.2874(P<0.01),-0.2620(P<0.025),-0.2666(P<0.025),-0.2458(P<0.025) respectively. It revealed a remarkable content-effect relation. The r of the NPC mortality to mountainous areas was 0.2593(P<0.01);and 0.3994(P<0.0005),0.2294(P<0.025) respectively to magmatic rock, clastic rock, and 0.4176(P<0.0005),-0.4819(P<0.0005),0.2637(P<0.01) respectively to annual mean air temperature, annual mean temperature difference, annual mean relative humidity. The NPC mortality was positively correlated to the comprehensive influence coefficient of geology and meteorology, r=0.41(P<0.0005), and revealed a remarkable content-effect relation. |
