研究在0.65mol/LH2SO4-0.16mg/mL十二烷基苯磺酸钠条件下,赤霉素的氧化产物于-1.0V(vsSCE)处产生的灵敏的2.5次微分极谱波的极谱行为,建立一个测定0.08μg/mL~6μg/mL赤霉素的极谱分析方法。 |

Abstract: |
Under the conditions of 0.65 mol/L H2SO4-0.16 mg/mL sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, the oxidation product of gibberelin exhibits a sensitive 2.5 order differential polarographic wave at -1.0 V(vs SCE). The polarographic behaviour has been studied. A polarographic method for determining gibberelin ranged from 0.08 μg/mL to 6 μg/mL has been described. |
