| Abstract: |
| Under the conditions of 0.65 mol/L H2SO4-0.16 mg/mL sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, the oxidation product of gibberelin exhibits a sensitive 2.5 order differential polarographic wave at -1.0 V(vs SCE). The polarographic behaviour has been studied. A polarographic method for determining gibberelin ranged from 0.08 μg/mL to 6 μg/mL has been described. |
