利用土壤微量元素数据(1972944个),地形地貌数据(4502个),岩石类型数据(1092个),气象要素数据(6361080个),癌死亡调查资料8343例,研究肝癌死亡率与人群生存的地质环境(土壤微量元素、地形地貌、岩石类型)和气象环境(年平均气温、年平均温差、年平均相对湿度)的相关性。结果表明:土壤中Sn与肝癌死亡率有较显著的相关性,等级相关系数r=-0.25(P<0.025),并有明显的剂量-效应关系;山区、岗地、平原与肝癌死亡率的r分别为-0.4315,0.5046,0.4785,P均<0.005;变质岩、第四系松散岩与肝癌死亡率的r分别为0.2698(P<0.005),0.4767(P<0.0005),年平均温差与肝癌死亡率的r=0.2562(P<0.01)。肝癌死亡率与地质和气象的综合影响系数呈正相关,r=0.38(P<0.0005),并有明显的剂量-效应关系。研究结果表明,年平均温差大,变质岩和第四系松散岩分布的岗地、平原地区、所居住的人群中肝癌的发病率和死亡率高;而在山区居住的人群、尤其是土壤中Sn含量较高时,肝癌的发病率和死亡率相对较低。 |

The relationship between the mortality of liver cancer and the geological-and meteorological environment in the areas of people grouping were analyzed with the data of trace elements in soil (1972944 data),topographical geomorphic (4502 data), the types of rock(1092 data),the essential meteorological factors(6361080 data) and the investigations of 8343 cases died of the cancer.The result showed that the mortality of liver cancer was obviously correlated to Sn in soil,and the correlation coefficient of gradation(r) was -0.25(P<0.025), it revealed a remarkable content-effect relation;the r value of the mortality of liver cancer to mountain areas,mound land and flat country,was -0.4315(P<0.0005),0.5046(P<0.0005),0.4785(P<0.0005) respectively;and was 0.2698(P<0.005),0.47675(P<0.0005) respectively to metamorphic rock,friable rock of quaternary system,and was 0.2562(P<0.01) to annual mean temperature differential. The mortality of liver cancer was positively correlated to the comprehensive influence coefficient of geological and meteorological, r=0.38(P<0.0005),and revealed a remarkable content-effect relation.The incidence and mortality of liver cancer were higher in the people who lived in both the mound land and the flat country where the annual mean temperature difference was great and the metamorphic rock and friable rock of quaternary system were seen; and they were relative lower in the people who lived in the mountain areas,particularly where the content of Sn in soil was high. |
