摘要: |
用太阳能红外综合干燥装置和自动测试仪器,对秦艽(Gentiana macrophylla)、黄芩(Scutellaria baicalensis)、丹参(Salvia miltiorrhiza)进行干燥特性试验,并进行温度、相对湿度、物料脱水量的动态连续测量。结果表明,较合理的工艺是在干燥初期将空气流体相对湿度控制在50%~60%,匀速干燥阶段控制在40%~45%,降速干燥阶段迅速将室内空气温度降至与室外环境空气温度相近。 |

Abstract: |
The drying trials for the rhizomes of Gentiana macrophylla, Scutellaria baicalensis,Salvia miltiorrhiza were conducted in a comprehensive dryer with solar-and far-infrared radiation energy.The dynamic temperature, relative wetness, dewatering rate of the rhizomes in the process were measured continuely with automatic measuring instruments. The optical process is that 50%~60% of air relative humidity in the chamber should be taken in the early drying stage, 40%~50% in the mean-drying stage, and the air temperature in the chamber should be quickly declined and closed to the outside air temperuture in the slow-drying stage. |
