| Abstract: |
| The conopid flies are rich in China. There are at least 17 genera and 87 species of 3 subfamilies,but without any record from Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. In the present paper, a new species of the peculiar genus Stylogaster was described. It was not only the first record of the farmily Conopidae from Guangxi. but also representative of the subfamily Stylogasterinae new to China. The type specimen are deposited in the Insect Collections of Beijing Agricultural University,Stylogaster sinicus Yang, sp. nov. |
