| 140枚利用完全体外化培养技术生产、经常规方法进行冷冻保存两年后的良种肉牛胚胎,通过非手术法移植到70头本地母牛,每头受体牛移入2放胚胎以繁殖纯种后代。结果受体母牛2个情期不返情率为50%(35/70);120d后经直肠检查确诊怀孕率为27.1%(19/70);9头受体母牛足月产下犊牛10头,产犊率为12.9%(9/70),双胎率为11.1%(1/9)。受体母牛平均妊娠期为280.8天(266~292);.犊牛初生体重平均为36.4kg(20.0~65.0),生长发育正常。结果说明,体外胚胎经过2年的超低温冷冻保存后移植仍可正常产下后代。 |

| One hundred and fourly frozen-thawed beef embryos produced by in vitroniques and stored for two years at-196℃ were non-surgically transferred to 70 recipients in pairs. The non-return rate of the recipients two oestrous cycles following transfer was 50.0% (35/70). The pregnancy rate diagnosed by rectal palpation 120 d after transfer was 27.1%. (19/70); the calving and twinning rates were 12.9% (9/70), and 11.1% (1/9), respectively. Mean gestation length was 280.8 d (266~292) and weight of the calves 36.4 kg (20.0~65.0). The results indicate that the in vitro produced embryos stored at-196℃ for tow years can develop to the term after transfer. |
