| 光镜观察,鳄蜥皮肤由深层到表面,依次是生发层、中间层、α角质层、β角质层和角皮层。扫描电镜3500倍观察,皮肤鳞片角皮层具有小刺和小窝的细微结构,小刺长82.4μm,基部直径为9.12μm;2000倍观察另一小刺长14.6μm,基部直径为2.7μm,小窝直径为16μm,小刺和窝在角皮层上是零星分布。 |

| Under photo-lens, stratum germinativum, mesostratium, α-corneum,β-conmeum and oberhautchen can be found in the skin structure of Shinisaurus croctdilurus from deep to surface. under 3 500 times scanning electron microscope, little protrusion and concave structure can be found at the oberhautchen, the lenghth of little protrusion is 82.4 μm, base diametre 9.2 μm, under 2 000 times,the length of other little protrusion is 14.6 μm, base diametre 2.7 μm, the diametre of concave 16 μm,the protrusion and concave scatter on the oberhautchen. |
