系统总结了岩滩大坝RCC性能、质量检验统计与现场砼层面抗剪断试验结果。岩滩水电站大坝高110m,碾压混凝土(RCC)37万m3。砼材料主要为石灰岩人工砂、石料。砼最大骨料粒径80mm,水胶比0.54。水泥、粉煤灰、石粉微集料含量分别为55kg/m3、105kg/m3、94kg/m3。坝体取芯砼平均抗压强度25.3MPa、σ±4.19MPa,拉/压比1/9,压缩弹性模量27.47×103MPa,饱和密度2475kg/m3,吸水率3.68%。 |

Abstract: |
The properties of Yantan dam RCC, stasties of quality test and the results of the concrete interlayer clear test of site specimen are summarized. Yantan dam is 110m heigh, and with 370000 m3 rollercompacted concrete (RCC) in total. The materials used in the RCC are calcareous rock crushed sand and stones. The maximum grain size of aggregate used is 80mm. The contents of cement, fly ash and the rock powder as fine aggregate are 55kg/m3, 105 kg/m3, 94 kg/m3 respectively. The ratio of water to cementitious material is 0.54. The average compassion strength of the core samples from RCC dam is 25.3 MPa. σ±4.19 MPa.The strength ratio of tension to complession is 1/9. The modulus of elastic compression is 27.17×103 MPa.The average saturated density is 2475 kg/m3. Water absorptivity is 3.68 percent. |
