采用3H-TdR掺入法和溶血素测定法观察褪黑激素(Mt)对刀豆素(ConA)诱导小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖和半数溶血值(HC50)的影响。结果表明,Mt于光周期傍晚腹腔注射0.01、0.05、0.1mg/kg能明显促进ConA诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖,提高可的松抑制的脾淋巴细胞增殖及环磷酰胺抑制的半数溶血值。提示Mt具有免疫增强作用和对抗应激引起的免疫抑制作用,在临床医学上具有广阔应用前景。 |

Abstract: |
The effects of proliferative responses of melatonin (Mt) on splenocytes stimulated by Con A and HC50 value in mice are studied using 3H-TdR infiltration and hemelysin mensuration. The results show that in medium light (ML), Intraperitoneal (ip) 0.01,0.05, 0.1mg/kg Mt can significantly facilitate prolifera tive responses of splenocyted stimulated by con A in normal mice and, can enchance the proliferation of splenocytes inhibited by cortisone and HC50 value inhibited by cyclophosphamide. The results indicate that Mt possessed potential immunity and anti-tress function. |
