| The morphological description and illustration are given for the female of Kuwania osmanthus Yang et Hu, new species on the trunk of Osmanthus fragrans Lour. collected by the author on May 31, 1963 from Guilin City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China. A key is given to separate Chinese species of the genus Kuwania Cockerell. The holotype female and one female paratype deposited in the Insect Collections of Beijing Agricultural University, and three female paratypes deposited in the Insect Collections of Department of Forestry,Shandong Agricultural University. |
